Gratitude

There can only be so much you can be thankful before you sound like you're faking at being thankful for things. But honestly, every year we forget to be thankful of everything and everybody in our lives and when Thanksgiving comes around, we're reminded of them. I'm guilty of this too.

You know, South America. It's like America, but South!

Adventure is out there, indeed!

Of course, when I share that we got engaged, people are going to ask about THE STORY of the proposal.

The past weekend was such a blur, but it was an incredible, memorable and priceless blur.

Chapter 3,478,346,890: Food Industry

A slight peek in my 3,478,346,890th chapter in my book of life is going to be about working in the food industry. Well, yes, I've been working at a restaurant for the past approximately eight weeks, and I have a list of pros/cons about working there.

Let me first say that I adored the people I worked with, especially the managers, because they were almost always willing to learn how to sign and to interact with me...but working in a hearing dominant environment really shifted my option into leaving the job.
